All services are performed as described in the client’s chosen plan or written agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and access credentials (e.g., hosting, CMS, FTP, or cPanel details) as needed for maintenance.
  • Ensure that you have the legal right to authorize us to work on your website.
  • Maintain your own backups unless backup services are specifically included in your plan.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by missing or incorrect access information.

3. Payments and Billing

  • Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
  • Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • You agree that all payment information provided is either your own or that you have full authorization to use it on behalf of another individual.
We reserve the right to update pricing with prior notice.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all information and credentials you provide as strictly confidential.
We will never share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and materials provided by you remain your property.
Any custom work we produce (such as code, designs, or scripts) may remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received, after which ownership will transfer as agreed in writing.

  • Issues caused by unauthorized access, third-party modifications, or hosting/server problems

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice.
Upon termination:

  • All outstanding payments become due immediately.
  • We will revoke access to our systems and remove stored credentials securely.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
